It scares me that we seem to be putting a lot more focus into league tables and results; that's not what this school's about. It's about giving people a chance and they do come right in the end. CH does create rogues, but loveable ones.

MANIFESTO
The main aim of this blog is to draw attention to a wide range of Old Blues and other CH people whose activities feature on the web. HI - Sorry he wasn't given a Fixed Penalty Notice - he was issued with a Penalty Notice for Disorder - and does now have a criminal record!
Thanks for setting me right, Chris. (When will I learn to stop trusting party-political spin?) Have deleted the relevant sentence.
Thats ok - I can issue PNDs for certain offences and it took me a long while to get my head round the technical differences between Fixed Penalty Notices and PNDs. Its a nightmare to issue them and not as simple as just writing out a form!
